You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to notify us that you wish to cancel.
If you cancel within this period:
• You will receive a refund for the item price and the standard delivery charge
• You will be responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods
• We may withhold the refund until the goods are returned or proof of return is provided
Returned items should be unused and in their original packaging where reasonably possible.
Faulty or Damaged Goods
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue quickly.
Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.
In these cases, we will arrange the appropriate solution which may include replacement, repair, or refund.
