Shipping and Returns:

1. UK Deliveries
We aim to deliver all UK orders within 21 working days from the date of order placement.

2. Ireland and EU Deliveries
For information regarding deliveries to Ireland and the EU, please visit our dedicated website at junama.ie.

3. Next Day Delivery
For items located in our UK warehouse, next day delivery is available for orders placed before 11:00 AM. Please note that any orders made on a Friday will be delivered on the following Monday, as our warehouse remains closed on weekends. If the requested items are not in stock, please allow up to 21 working days for your order to arrive.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping: Available for all orders exceeding £249.00.
  • Standard Delivery Charge: A fee of £13.99 applies to orders under £249.00.

The delivery charge covers all shipping, warehousing, and packaging expenses. We kindly ask that customers ensure they fully understand and accept these charges prior to placing an order.

5. Packaging and Courier Information
We take great care in packaging each item to ensure secure delivery. Our preferred courier for shipments is FedEx. Customers can track their orders using the following link: FedEx Tracking. Once your items have been dispatched from our UK warehouse, we will provide you with a FedEx tracking number for your convenience.

6. Return Policy
We offer a 21 Days Money-Back Guarantee. Customers have 21 calendar days from the date of receipt to return items.

7. Liability Disclaimer
We are not responsible for any unexpected delivery delays caused by the courier company. A signature from an adult at the specified delivery address is required upon receipt. Under no circumstances will Junama be liable for the delivery if the courier's driver and the customer mutually agree to leave the package in a designated safe space at the delivery address. In such instances, we will not accept responsibility for claims of non-delivery.

8. International Deliveries
Please be aware that deliveries outside the UK may incur customs charges that are beyond our control. The delivery charge paid through our website covers only the shipping services provided by the courier. Depending on the regulations of your country, you may be subject to import duties or taxes upon your order's arrival. These additional charges, if applicable, are not included in the delivery fee and are determined by local customs authorities.

Returns Policy

JUNAMA ™️ UK is committed to providing the highest standards of quality and customer service. If you find yourself unsatisfied with any item purchased from the Junama online store, you may return it for a full refund within 21 days of delivery. We encourage you to inspect your order upon receipt to confirm that it is correct. If an incorrect item is identified after the 21-day period, a 10% re-stocking fee will be applied.

**Conditions for Returns** 

To successfully return one or more items from your order, all of the following conditions must be met:

1. A return request must be initiated within 21 calendar days of the delivery date.

2. The item must be in an unused condition, in its original packaging, and complete with all original parts and accessories.

Upon inspection, if no damages are found, we will process a refund for the cost of the items. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of collection by the courier. The standard collection fee for all 2-in-1 products, car seats, and accessory returns is £22.50 (per box), while the standard collection fee for all duo prams (three boxes) is £67.50, which will be deducted from your refund balance.

**Note**: Final sale items are not eligible for return. Only regularly priced goods may be returned; items purchased on sale cannot be refunded.

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so by emailing info@junamaprams.co.uk, calling 0330 043 5363, or using the WhatsApp chat feature available on our website.

If no goods have been dispatched, we will issue a full refund within 5 working days of receiving your cancellation notice, including any shipping charges you have paid.

If the goods have already been dispatched, they must be returned in an unused condition, in the original packaging, and accompanied by all original parts and accessories. Upon inspection of the returned items, if no damages are found, we will process a refund for the item’s cost. Please be aware that you will incur the cost of collection by the courier. The collection fees mentioned above will apply.

Faulty Goods Policy

All items are thoroughly inspected before dispatch to minimize the risk of faulty goods being sent out. However, for items purchased from JUNAMA ™️ UK, customers are entitled to an automatic refund or an exchange for any faulty item within 30 days of delivery.

Please note that any faulty product must be returned to us in order to qualify for either a refund or an exchange. To arrange for the return of a faulty item, please contact us at 0330 043 5363 or support@junamaprams.co.uk, and we will guide you through the process.

JUNAMA ™️ UK will facilitate the collection of faulty items at no cost to the customer.

Please be advised that refunds for faulty goods may take up to 7 working days to process after we have confirmed the item to be faulty.

If a fault is discovered outside the 30-day return period, please refer to the details of the warranty outlined here warranty (see below).

**Important Note**: Items that show damage due to normal wear and tear are not considered faulty. We will not accept returns for items that have been improperly serviced, maintained, or stored (e.g., do not store your pram in dark, cold, and damp environments such as sheds, garages, attics, or the trunk of a car for extended periods).

For products purchased from third-party retailers, please contact the retailer directly should you wish to arrange a return.

Repairs Policy

If your Junama product suffers damage at any time during its lifespan, we may be able to repair it for you. Standard fees will apply. Please contact us for a quotation.

Warranty Policy

All consumers who purchase a Junama pram are entitled to a 24-month warranty period, while Junama accessories come with a 12-month warranty period. This warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not extend to the following circumstances:

 Exclusions from Warranty Coverage:

1. Misuse of the Pushchair: Warranty does not cover any misapplication of the product.

2. Damages: Accidental or intentional damage, as well as abuse or neglect, are not covered.

3. Wear and Tear: Damage resulting from normal wear and tear is excluded.

4. Improper Storage: Warranty does not cover issues arising from inadequate care or storage of the product.

5. Cosmetic Conditions: Surface damage, including scratches, chips, stains, and other cosmetic imperfections, fall outside of warranty coverage.

6. Parts Subject to Wear: Components that are subject to regular wear and tear, such as foam handles, rubber elements of wheels, and signs of fabric wear, are not covered under warranty.

7. Daily Use Damage: Damage to handlebar grips or fabrics resulting from standard handling and everyday use is excluded.

8. Environmental Damage: Corrosion or rust on wheels and chassis resulting from extreme environmental conditions (high humidity, salt spray, ice, snow) or insufficient maintenance is not covered.

9. Assembly Issues: Warranty will not apply if the product was incorrectly assembled or if a third-party part or accessory incompatible with the original design has been installed.

10. Unauthorized Purchase: Products purchased second-hand or from unauthorized resellers are not eligible for warranty coverage.

11. Improper Use: Warranty will not cover any faults arising from using the product contrary to normal use or outside the manufacturer’s instructions.

12. Transport Damage: Damage resulting from airline or transportation handling must be reported directly to the respective carrier. It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect the Junama product after it has been handled by the airline or other transporters.

The warranty will also not cover faults caused by lack of maintenance or natural degradation, which include but are not limited to:

- Alterations or Modifications: Any alterations, modifications, or tampering with the product.

- Unapproved Repairs: Repairs made through non-approved or unauthorized Junama repair centers.

- Buggy Board Use: Faults occurring as a result of usage with a buggy board.

- Inferior Quality Parts: The use and installation of inferior quality parts that are not approved by Junama.

- Deterioration Over Time: Normal deterioration such as tire wear.

- Gradual Wear and Tear: General wear and tear including discolouration, fading, rust erosion, or deformation, as well as the gradual wearing of mechanical components relative to the age and usage of the product. 

We encourage all customers to adhere to the guidelines outlined in the manufacturer’s instructions and to maintain their products appropriately to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
