Shipping and Returns:

For all UK deliveries, we aim to deliver your order within 21 working days after you place your order.

For all Ireland and EU deliveries, please visit

If the items are stocked in our UK warehouse, it will be next day delivery if ordered before 11am. If an order is made on a Friday then next day delivery is from Monday as our warehouse is closed on the weekend. If the items are not in stock, please allow up to 21 working days for your order to arrive.

A standard delivery charge of £13.99 for orders under £249.00 

  • The delivery charge includes shipping, warehousing and packaging expenses. Please ensure that you fully understand and accept the shipping charges before ordering
  • We take great care in packaging every item to ensure safe delivery

  • Once items have been shipped from the UK warehouse, we will provide you with a FedEx tracking number, so you can track your order
  • 21 Days Money-Back Guarantee. Customers have 21 calendar days to return an item from the date you received the order
  • We are not responsible for unexpected delivery delays caused by the courier company
  • A signature must be obtained from an adult at the given delivery address, under no circumstances will Junama be liable for delivery if the courier's driver and customer agree on leaving the delivery in a safe space at the delivery address. If this is the case, we will not take responsibility if the customer claims it has not been delivered. 


JUNAMA ™️ UK is dedicated to offering the highest levels of quality and customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with any item purchased from the Junama online store, it can be returned for a full refund within 21 days of delivery. Please check your order upon receipt to ensure the item is the correct one you ordered. If you discover the item to be incorrect after 21 days, you will be charged a 10% re-stocking fee.

To return one or more items from an order, all of the following conditions must be met:

The return must be requested within 21 calendar days of the delivery date.

The item must be in an unused condition, in the original packaging and complete with all original parts and accessories.

Once inspected and no damage is found, we will refund the cost of the items. Please note, you will be responsible for the cost of collection by the courier. Standard collection cost for all 2in1, car seats and accessory returns is £22.50 (per box) and standard collection cost for all duo's returns (3 boxes) is £67.50 and will be deducted from the refund balance. 

Please note: Final Sale items are not eligible for return. Only regular priced Goods may be returned. Goods on sale cannot be refunded.


If you wish to cancel your order then you can do so by emailing, calling 0330 043 5363 or using the WhatsApp chat on our website. 

If no goods have been dispatched, then we will provide a full refund within 5 working days of receiving your notice of cancellation, including any shipping charges you have paid for.

Faulty Goods

All items are checked before dispatch to avoid any faulty goods being sent out. However, for items purchased from Junama Prams UK, you are entitled to an automatic refund, or we are happy to offer an exchange on any faulty item within 30 days of delivery.

Please note that any faulty product MUST be returned to us in order to qualify for either a refund or an exchange. In order to arrange for a product to be returned, please get in touch with us by calling 0330 043 5363 or and we will talk you through your options. 

JUNAMA ™️ UK will arrange collection of faulty items at no cost to the customer. 

Please note that refunds of faulty goods can take up to 7 working days to process once we have confirmed that the item is faulty.

If you find a fault with your product outside the 30-day period, please look at the details of the warranty (see below).

Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. We will also not accept any returns for items that have been serviced, maintained or stored incorrectly (do not store your pram in a dark, cold and damp place such as sheds, garages, lofts, and the boot of your car for long periods of time). 

For products purchased at third-party retailers, please contact the retailer in the event that you wish to return your product.


If your Junama product suffers damage at any time during its lifespan, we may be able to repair it for you. Standard fees will apply. Please contact us for a quotation.

All consumers that purchase a Junama pram receive a 24-month warranty period.

Junama accessories receive a 12-month warranty period.

The warranty is for manufacturing faults only and will not cover the following:

  • Misuse of the pushchair
  • Accidental or intentional damage, abuse or neglect.
  • Damage caused by normal wear and tear.
  • Improper storage and care of the product.
  • Cosmetic conditions or surface damage including scratches, chips, stains etc
  • Parts subject to normal wear and tear, foam handles, rubber elements of wheels, signs of fabric wear.
  • Damage to handle bar grips or fabrics as a result of normal handling and daily use.
  • Corrosion or rust on the wheels and chassis due to extreme environmental conditions, including high humidity, salt spray, ice or snow or due to insufficient maintenance.
  • Incorrect assembly or the installation of a third-party part or accessory not compatible with the original design.
  • If purchased second hand or from an unauthorised reseller.
  • When the product has not been used for normal use and in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
  • Airline/Transport damage: check carefully your Junama product after it has been handled by the airline (or other transporters) and submit the claim directly to them. 

It will also not cover any faults caused by lack of maintenance or natural degradation, such as:

  • Alterations, modifications or tampering
  • Repair through a non-approved or authorised Junama repair centre.
  • Faults after or during use with buggy board
  • The use of inferior quality parts not approved by Junama
  • Normal deterioration such as tyre wear.
  • Normal wear, tear such as discolouration, fading, rust erosion or deformation.
  • Gradual wearing of mechanical components in proportion to age and usage of the product.

JUNAMA ™️ UK is the official United Kingdom distributor and this is the official JUNAMA ™️ UK website. Only official Junama products are sold via this website and via the stockists that are listed on our stockist page.

JUNAMA ™️ UK products are custom-made by the manufacturer so that they meet all the UK regulations. All Junama products meet the 'The Furniture and Furnishings (Fire) (Safety) Regulations 1988 (amended 1989, 1993 and 2010)'. The manufacturer does not supply any other party with Junama products that meet the UK standards and therefore, purchasing Junama products from a third party seller puts you and your child at risk. We do not take responsibility for any Junama products that are not purchased through our official list of stockists or this website. 

Any unauthorised 3rd party sellers advertising Junama products are therefore illegal because they do not comply with UK safety requirements. We are working closely with the manufacturer to stop any unauthorised sellers in the UK. 

When customers purchase through the official Junama website or through an authorised retailer the customer has:
