Track Your Order
We ship with a trusted UK courier and provide tracking once your order leaves our warehouse, so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.
When does responsibility pass to you?
Your order remains our responsibility until it has been delivered into your hands (or to someone you nominate). If you instruct us during checkout to leave your order in a specified safe place, responsibility passes once delivery has been completed according to those instructions.
Free 21-Day Returns (Change of Mind)

We offer free returns within 21 days of delivery so you can see your pram in person, at home, without pressure.
- If you change your mind, simply let us know
- As long as the pram is unused, unassembled, and returned in its original box, we’ll cover the cost of return shipping
- You’ll receive a full refund once the pram is received and checked
This allows you to buy with confidence, knowing you’re not locked in.
Important: This is a voluntary 21-day return policy offered by Junama Prams UK and does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
*Free returns apply to prams and full pram sets (including bundled accessories and car seats). Accessories purchased separately are returnable under your statutory rights, but return shipping may be payable unless the item is faulty.
Your 14-Day Cooling-Off Right (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)
When you buy online, you have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, for any reason.
This legal right is separate from our free 21-day return policy.
To cancel, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods.
If you cancel under this legal right:

We will refund the item price and the cost of standard delivery (where paid).

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods back.
We may withhold the refund until the goods are received and inspected, or until you provide valid proof that the goods have been returned.Returned items must match the original order. If goods are not received or are returned incomplete, we reserve the right to investigate before issuing a refund.
For prams and full pram sets purchased on junamaprams.co.uk, we cover the cost of return shipping for cancellations and change-of-mind returns within this period, provided the items are unused, unassembled and returned in their original packaging.
Accessories purchased separately are returnable under your statutory rights, however you may be responsible for the direct cost of returning those items unless they are faulty.
Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 are not affected.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your pram arrives damaged or shows a manufacturing fault, please contact us as soon as possible.
- We recommend reporting any issues as soon as possible and within 30 days of delivery.
- For faulty or damaged goods, we’ll arrange free collection at no cost to you.
- You’ll be offered a repair, replacement, or refund, in line with your statutory rights.
This protection is in addition to your 24-month manufacturer warranty.
For faulty goods, we ask that you return the item with original packaging where possible, but this is not a requirement for exercising your statutory rights.
Cancellations
You may cancel your order free of charge before dispatch for a full refund including delivery charges.
If your order has already been dispatched, you may still cancel under your 14-day cooling-off period in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. In this case, you will receive a refund of the item price and standard delivery charge once the goods are returned.

International Orders
If you place an order for delivery outside the UK, local customs charges or import duties may apply. These charges are set by local authorities and are not included in our delivery fee.
