We offer free returns within 21 days of delivery so you can see your pram in person, at home, without pressure.

If you change your mind, simply let us know
As long as the pram is unused, unassembled, and returned in its original box, we’ll cover the cost of return shipping
You’ll receive a full refund once the pram is checked and received

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your pram arrives damaged or shows a manufacturing fault, please contact us as soon as possible.

Issues reported within 30 days of delivery are covered
We’ll arrange free collection at no cost to you
You’ll be offered a repair, replacement, or refund, in line with your rights

This protection is in addition to your 24-month manufacturer warranty.

International Orders

Deliveries outside the UK may be subject to local customs charges or import duties, which are set by local authorities and are not included in our delivery fee.
