These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of this website and the purchase of products from Junama Prams UK (“we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing this website and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Company Information

Junama Prams UK operates as a trading division of BBR International Ltd, registered in England and Wales under company number 09751328.

2. Products

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images and pricing are accurate. However, colours and finishes may vary slightly due to screen display settings.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to withdraw or amend products without notice.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in GBP and include VAT where applicable.

We accept payment via major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Klarna and other methods shown at checkout.

Orders will only be processed once full payment (or an approved finance agreement via Klarna) has been received.

4. Order Acceptance

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This does not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract is formed only when we dispatch your goods.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of pricing errors, suspected fraud or stock availability issues.

5. Delivery

Delivery times are provided as estimates and may vary depending on product availability and location.

Risk in the goods passes to you when the goods are delivered into your physical possession, or into the possession of a person identified by you to take delivery.

If you instruct us during checkout to leave goods in a designated safe place, risk passes once delivery has been completed in accordance with those instructions.

Ownership of the goods passes once full payment has been received.

6. Returns & Cancellation Rights

Your statutory cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and your rights in relation to faulty goods under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by our voluntary returns policy.

Details of our 21-day Risk-Free Purchase policy and our 14-day statutory cooling-off right are set out on our Delivery & Returns page. Please read that page before placing your order.

Where you exercise your statutory right to cancel within 14 days of delivery, we will refund the item price and the standard delivery charge (where paid). We may withhold reimbursement until the goods are returned and inspected, or until valid proof of return is provided.

We reserve the right to make a deduction for any loss in value of goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods, as permitted under consumer law.

7. Outlet & Final Sale Items

From time to time, we may offer selected products at reduced prices within our Outlet or Final Sale section.

Outlet and Final Sale items are excluded from our voluntary 21-day Risk-Free Purchase policy and are not eligible for change-of-mind returns beyond your statutory rights.

This does not affect your statutory cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. If you purchase an Outlet or Final Sale item online, you retain the legal right to cancel within 14 days of receiving the goods.

Your rights in relation to faulty or misdescribed goods under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.

8. Warranty

Junama prams are supplied with a 24-month manufacturer warranty. Warranty terms and conditions are detailed on our Warranty page.

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse or unauthorised modifications.

9. Klarna

If you choose to pay using Klarna, payment terms will be governed by Klarna Bank AB (publ). Junama Prams UK is not responsible for decisions made by Klarna regarding finance approval.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Junama Prams UK shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or the purchase of our products.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded under UK law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, branding and design, is the property of Junama Prams UK or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

If you are a consumer, you may also have the right to refer disputes to an alternative dispute resolution provider.

13. Updates

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. The version in force at the time of purchase will apply to your order.
