Warranty & Guarantee

Buying a pram is a big decision.
Every Junama pram is designed to the highest standards and backed by a clear manufacturer warranty, so you can buy with confidence.

Our Warranty at a Glance

✔ 24-month manufacturer warranty on all Junama prams
✔ 12-month warranty on Junama accessories
✔ Covers manufacturing defects
✔ Supported by our UK-based customer care team

The warranty starts from the date of purchase shown on your invoice or receipt.

What’s covered

Our warranty covers faults or defects that occur as a result of manufacturing or materials, when the product has been used as intended and maintained correctly.

If a valid warranty issue is confirmed:

  • We’ll arrange a repair at no cost, in line with Junama manufacturer guidelines

  • Repairs are carried out through approved Junama service centres

This warranty is provided in addition to your statutory consumer rights, which are not affected.

How to make a warranty claim

If you believe your pram has a fault covered by warranty, please contact us at:

support@junamaprams.co.uk

To help us assist you as quickly as possible, we may ask for:

  • Your order number or proof of purchase

  • The model and colour of your pram

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos and/or video evidence of the reported fault

Photo or video evidence helps us assess the issue accurately and submit the claim to the manufacturer efficiently.

We aim to respond to warranty enquiries within 5 working days.

If the claim is accepted, we will aim to complete the repair within 21 days from the date the Product is received. In some cases, repairs may take longer due to parts availability or technical requirements. We’ll keep you informed throughout the process.

What isn’t covered (important to know)

Like all pram warranties, this does not cover issues caused by normal use or external factors, including:

  • Normal wear and tear from everyday use

  • Accidental damage, misuse, abuse, or neglect

  • Improper storage or lack of maintenance

  • Cosmetic wear such as scratches, scuffs, fading, or fabric wear

  • Damage caused by incorrect assembly or use of non-approved accessories

  • Environmental damage (e.g. rust caused by salt, snow, humidity, or poor care)

  • Repairs, alterations, or modifications carried out by non-approved service centres

  • Products purchased second-hand or from unauthorised sellers

  • Damage caused during airline or third-party transport

Accessories & soft materials

Junama accessories, including changing bags, are made using soft eco-leather and flexible materials designed for everyday family use.

Natural changes in shape or appearance, such as softening, creasing, or loss of rigidity when the bag is filled or used regularly are considered normal characteristics of these materials and do not constitute a manufacturing defect.

Buying with confidence

When you buy from the Official Junama UK Store or an authorised Junama retailer, you’re guaranteed:
