This page sets out the full legal terms of the Junama manufacturer guarantee.
It is provided for transparency and does not replace the simplified warranty summary shown on our product pages.
Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
1. Guarantor Details
JUNAMA PRAMS UK, operating under BBR International Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under number 09751328, whose registered office is at Suite 4, 95 Elm Grove, Southsea, Hampshire PO5 1LH, with email address support@junamaprams.co.uk and telephone number +44 (0)330 043 5363 (hereinafter referred to as the “Guarantor”), provides a quality guarantee (hereinafter the “Guarantee”) for baby strollers, accessories, and car seats sold by the Guarantor (hereinafter the “Products”).
2. Guarantee Period
The Guarantee period is 24 months (the “Guarantee Period”).
The Guarantee Period starts on the date of purchase as shown on the proof of purchase (invoice or receipt).
3. Territorial Scope
The execution of rights arising from this Guarantee applies within England, Wales, Scotland, and Northern Ireland.
4. What the Guarantee Covers
If a defect covered by this Guarantee is identified within the Guarantee Period, the Guarantor will repair the Product free of charge. Nothing in this Guarantee affects your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including your right to a refund, repair, or replacement where applicable.
The Guarantee applies only to defects caused by reasons inherent in the sold Product.
5. Replacement
The Guarantee does not include replacement of the Product with a defect-free item.

The Guarantor will respond to Guarantee claims within 5 working days.
Each Product will be inspected prior to repair.
If the claim is accepted, repairs are typically completed within 21 days from receipt of the Product. In some cases, this may take longer due to parts availability.
To assess and process warranty claims, we may request clear photos and/or video evidence of the reported issue. This helps us verify the fault and submit the claim to the manufacturer efficiently.
7. What Is Not Covered by the Guarantee
The Guarantee does not cover defects or damage resulting from:

Misuse, accidental or intentional damage, abuse, or neglect

Use contrary to manufacturer instructions

Incorrect assembly

Use with non-approved accessories (including buggy boards)
Wear, Tear & Appearance

Normal wear and tear
-
Cosmetic damage such as scratches, chips, stains, fading, or fabric wear

Wear of parts subject to regular use (e.g. foam handles, rubber wheel elements)
Soft materials & accessories
Junama accessories, including changing bags, are made using soft eco-leather and flexible materials designed for everyday use. Natural changes in shape, structure, or appearance, such as softening, creasing, or loss of rigidity when the bag is filled or used regularly are considered normal characteristics of these materials and do not constitute a manufacturing defect.
Storage & Environment

Improper storage or inadequate care

Corrosion or rust caused by extreme environmental conditions (including salt spray, humidity, ice, or snow)

Damage caused by insufficient maintenance
Repairs & Modifications

Alterations, modifications, or tampering

Repairs carried out by non-approved or unauthorised service centres

Use of inferior or non-approved replacement parts
Purchase & Transport

Products purchased second-hand or from unauthorised resellers

Damage caused during airline or third-party transportation (claims must be made directly with the carrier)
Natural Degradation

Natural deterioration over time, including tyre wear

Gradual wear of mechanical components in proportion to age and usage
8. Statutory Rights
This Guarantee does not exclude, limit, or suspend any rights of the buyer arising from generally applicable law, in addition to the rights under this Guarantee.
